2. Intellectual Property, Industrial Rights and Content Responsibility.

1. The intellectual property rights of this website (https://susmies.com/), its source code, design, photographs, texts, navigation structure, databases, trademarks, logos, trade names and the various elements contained therein are owned by SUSMIE'S COLLECTION, which holds the exclusive right to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

2. Any use of all the contents of the website, specifically the texts, design, works, trademarks, logos, source code and any other element subject to protection, without the express authorisation of their owners, is prohibited. Any unauthorised use shall be duly pursued by the legitimate owners. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website are protected by law.

3. The owner of the website is not responsible for the contents to which the links located on it lead, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the LSSICE.

4. Users may not use the contents of the website, by taking, reproducing and distributing them, nor use them for commercial purposes or manipulate them and create derivative works, without first obtaining the consent or authorisation of SUSMIE'S COLLECTION.

Consequently, SUSMIE'S COLLECTION shall not be liable under any circumstances or for any reason for any infringements that the User may commit in relation to these rights.

3. Copyright and Trademark.

SUSMIE'S COLLECTION informs that the proprietary content, the programming and the design of the website are fully protected by copyright, and any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited without the express consent of SUSMIE'S COLLECTION. The legitimate owner of the copyright on this information thus included may at any time request the removal of the aforementioned references.

All in accordance with the provisions of section 2.4 above.

5. Modifications to the Website and Conditions of Use

SUSMIE'S COLLECTION reserves the right to modify and update the information contained on the website, as well as its configuration, presentation and conditions of access. Likewise, SUSMIE'S COLLECTION reserves the right to update this legal notice without prior notice to users, whenever the regulations or current circumstances so require.

6. Limitation of Liability

SUSMIE'S COLLECTION does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions in access to the website or its content, nor that it is up to date. However, SUSMIE'S COLLECTION shall undertake all actions available to it to resolve any error, disconnection or lack of update that may occur on the website.

Both access to the website and any unauthorised use that may be made of the information contained therein are the sole responsibility of the person carrying it out. Thus, SUSMIE'S COLLECTION is not responsible for any consequence, damage or loss that may arise from such access or use by third parties.

SUSMIE'S COLLECTION is also not responsible for security errors or damages that may occur as a result of:

7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction.

This legal policy is subject to the provisions of Spanish law. For any conflict arising from the interpretation thereof, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain), provided that this is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
