Our goal at Susmie’s is for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) provided they meet the following conditions:
- We will not accept returns made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Customers will not be refunded the initial shipping costs.

Due to the emissions generated by domestic and international transport, returns carry a fixed shipping cost. This will vary depending on the country from which the return is sent. It will be deducted from the total refund amount owed to the customer.
- Spain: €5.
- EU 1: €10 (Germany, France, Italy and Belgium)
- EU 2: €15 (Rest)
- Rest of the World: €25.
The refund for your purchase will be transferred via one of these two options:
- To the same card you used to place the order
- By bank transfer
IMPORT DUTIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
In some cases, shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, tariffs or taxes, set by the customs authorities of the destination country. These additional costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees, and must be paid by the buyer.
The amount and conditions of such duties depend on the regulations in force in each country, so we recommend consulting your local customs office before placing your order.
If the buyer decides not to pay the customs costs and refuses the package, the shipment will be held by customs (according to the regulations of the destination country). The package will be declared lost and no return or refund will be possible.
GIFT CARD
You also have the option to return your online purchase and receive a gift card by email for the value of your product.
This card does not expire and you can use it to purchase any product on our website for the same value.
