Susmie's Collection
We are a women's jewelry and accessories brand established in 2019 in Barcelona by Marina and Laia. Inspired during a trip to Nepal, our mission has always been to enjoy ourselves doing what we love. The company name comes from the name of a young girl called Susmita, whom we met in Nepal. Her story inspired us to bring Susmie's to life.

Which is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Our goal at Susmie's is for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) as long as they meet the following conditions:
- We will not make returns that have exceeded 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Customers will not receive a refund of the initial shipping charges.

Can I cancel or exchange an order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at orders@susmies.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation or modification request, but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
*During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
Why haven't I received the confirmation email?
Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.
If you do not find it, you can write to orders@susmies.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. Please, tell us your full name.
If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.
What does PREORDER means?
We want to stop overproduction. This is why we have introduced PREORDER.
PREORDER means that the items are made on demand and that there is a set date for them to be shipped. We usually add information that is specific to each Preorder Item in its product description, for example the shipping date
Please note that if there is a PREORDER item in your purchase, the other items will be sent in the same package and on the same date indicated on the PREORDER item’s description.

Shipping Information
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12pm CEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours or sometimes a day for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the courier.
Rates & Shipping time by country
Shipping:
- Orders to the Peninsula take 24 / 48 hours on business days. (Spain and Portugal)
- Orders to Europe take around 3 / 5 business days.
- Orders to Europe with Express shipping take around 2 / 3 business days.
- International shipping takes around 5 / 10 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays with courier transit times.
Fees & Taxes
Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may involve additional fees and taxes, in this case, will be borne by the buyer.
We are based in Spain, so shipments to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees and taxes. In this case, it will be borne by the buyer.
Import and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. Upon receipt of your purchase, you must pay in order to receive the package. These charges are independent of the cost of transportation and are determined by the competent customs authorities.

Warranty Information
Which is the warranty period?
At Susmie's we offer a warranty on our products for a period of time up to 30 days. Once a month has passed from the date of delivery of the product we don’t take responsibility for the issue as much time has passed.
